These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Globex Driving Academy (“GDA”, “we”, “our”, or “the school”). By booking lessons, using our website, or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Globex Driving Academy provides driver training and related services including:

• Beginner driver training (Class 7/5)
• Commercial driver training (Classes 1, 2, 3, and 4)
• Road test preparation
• Driving assessments
• Defensive driving training

Training is conducted by qualified instructors using insured vehicles equipped with dual controls where required.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Lessons must be booked in advance. Scheduling is subject to instructor and vehicle availability.

Students must:

• Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
• Provide a valid BC driver’s license appropriate for the lesson
• Inform the instructor of any medical or driving restrictions

Failure to present a valid license will result in lesson cancellation.

3. Payment Terms

Lesson fees must be paid before or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Payment may be made through:

• Online booking systems
• Cash or approved payment methods

Packages must be paid in advance.

4. Road Test Disclaimer

Road tests are conducted by ICBC examiners.

Globex Driving Academy:

• Does not administer road tests
• Does not control road test outcomes
• Cannot guarantee passing a road test

Training is intended to prepare students to meet ICBC testing standards.

5. Website Use

Users of TheGDA.ca agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt website functionality
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission

All website materials remain the property of Globex Driving Academy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Driving involves inherent risk.

Globex Driving Academy is not responsible for:

• Injuries caused by failure to follow instructor guidance
• Road hazards beyond instructor control
• Third-party driver actions

Training vehicles are insured according to provincial requirements.

7. Changes to Terms

Globex Driving Academy may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
