This policy outlines refund conditions for driving lessons and packages.

1. Lesson Packages

Refunds may be issued for unused lessons within a purchased package.

Refund amounts will be calculated based on:

• Lessons already used (at regular hourly rate)
• Administrative processing costs

Partially used packages will not be refunded at the discounted package rate.

2. Individual Lessons

Individual lessons may be refunded only if cancelled according to the cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation Window

Students must provide at least 24–48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the lesson being forfeited.

4. Road Test Vehicle Rentals

Vehicle rental fees for road tests are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the ICBC cancellation window.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
